Point of Consideration:
The Law of God which is summarized in the 10 Commandments, is just that God's Law and no humans. In Exodus/Deuteronomy they were given to the 12 tribes of Israel - called the Congregation of Israel or Israelites and not just to the 4th tribe which is Judah, nicknamed the Jews starting in 1 Kings and the division of Israel into the Northern (Israel) and Southern (Judah) Kingdoms.
This is also true of God's Sabbaths - weekly and Annual - Exodus 33 and many other Scripture calls them God's Sabbaths and not mere man's.
