Summer
position b
WINter it is the oppsite of the south when its summer there its winter here and when its fall here itsspring there
It would be summer.
It would be just the opposite - summer.
It is summer in the Northern Hemisphere but winter in the Southern Hemisphere.
When it's winter in the southern hemisphere it's summer in the northern hemisphere. Therefore the North geographic pole is tilted towards the sun and the South geographic pole is tilted away from the sun.
As everyone knows the Earth tilts on it's axis at the angle of 66 and half degrees. On 21st December the Earth tilts on it's axis so that the sun would hit the southern hemisphere and then the southern hemisphere would have winter while the northern hemisphere would have winter. So when the sun's rays hit the northern hemisphere then the northern hemisphere would have summer while the southern hemisphere would have winter.
During the southern hemisphere's winter, it would be winter in that town. At the same time, it is summer in the northern hemisphere. If you mean what season does a town in the southern hemisphere experience when it is winter in the northern hemisphere, then the answer is summer, as the two hemispheres have opposing seasons.
Africa is a very large continent, with some of it in the northern hemisphere and some in the southern hemisphere. When it is summer in the US, then it is summer in the northern hemisphere, so it would be summer in the part of Africa that is in the northern hemisphere. For the part in the southern hemipshere, it would be winter. The equator goes through Africa, so in the parts near it, there is little variation in seasons at any time of the year.
They are "opposite" of the northern hemisphere. When it is summer in the north, it is winter in the southern hemisphere. Therefore fall in the northern would be spring in the southern, winter in the N would be summer in the S, spring in the N would be fall in the south.Seasons in the Southern Hemisphere:Summer: December - March (northern winter)Fall: March - June (northern spring)Winter: June - September (northern summer)Spring: September - December (northern fall)
That depends on your perspective. If you live in the northern hemisphere, it is winter on the 1st of January, then comes spring and then comes summer. In the southern hemisphere, it would be the opposite, with the year starting in summer and then autumn and winter. In the northern hemisphere spring is often listed as the first season, and then you have summer second and autumn is third. Again, that would be reverse in the southern hemisphere.
is it summer,spring or autumn
Well gee, it's kind of difficult to describe positions of Earth in its orbit. The only way I know to describe it during northern-hemisphere Summer would be to say that it's the position where a line from the sun to the Earth points in the general direction of Orion.
