I do not know any religion but from my religion I know it is important to pray every day at any time.
That would depend on how long the sermon is. The Friday prayers consists of a sermon and the actual prayer. On an a average one hour would suffice for the whole session.
Jummah (friday) prayer is not necessary. prayer at Friday can be done individually and can be done untill sunset. but Jummah prayer has recommended and has high reward by God.
