Gandhi (MOHANdas Karamchand Gandhi). The day he was supposed to play a raga for a live radio show to honor Gandhi's death, he had not decided which to use. Instead of choosing a pre-existing raga, he used the word "Gandhi" to choose three notes as the basis of his improvisation (Ga, Dha, Ni).
