You can go into control panel and double-click display, or you can just right click on an empty space on your desktop & choose properties. If you are using an Nvidia card, choose "NVIDIA Control Panel" in control panel, or in the desktop popup dialog instead of properties.
I have found on any computer, be on the desktop, right mouse click and there will be an opportunity to do it there. On mine it is PERSONALIZE. Some just say change background. Also can go to control panel to adjust and add to your background. Desktop the easiest.
Through right click on desktop then properties and then go display properties you can reset it
Left click your desktop background it will say graphic options or properties click that and click on desktop background then it will show you pictures of what image you can have for your background desktop. To have it fill the whole desktop there will be options center, tile, stretch or left right. Click on center and it will fill your whole desktop screen.
Right-click anywhere on the desktop and select Properties from the shortcut menu or use the Display applet in Control Panel to access Display Properties. From this window, you can change the background, screen saver, color scheme, icon settings, color range, screen resolution, screen refresh rate, and drivers.
It's in the properties. Right click on the desktop and click properties. For some video drivers, control/alt/down arrow will flip the display upside down. control/alt/up arrow will flip the display right side up. You may need to reboot for the setting to work.
