in the chat bar, type in /dance, then hit enter. this is one of many emotes available in the game. There's a list of them on the chat button you can use, plus much more not listed. Look up "list of wow emotes" with a search, and you'll fund a bunch, pretty much every (appropriate) action you can do in real life. But only some make you do an action, or make sound. Most emotes just appear in the window.

It depends how quickly you learn or how much time you decide to put into learning pow wow dancing. im native and ive recently changed dance styles ( jingle dress to fancy shawl) and i learn kind of slow. so i look up to my friends and family who dance in the pow wow to teach me the styles of pow wow dancing, some times i try buying dance dvd's to learn pow wow dancing or ... looking up online videos it take a little longer on the internet . But i found out to watch slow motion videos of peoplen dancing my pow wow dance style ** this is what i strongly recommend**

Wow dance refers to dancing that an avatar can perform in an online MMORPG called World of Warcraft. It is a very popular pastime in the game as there are many different types of avatars, each one being able to perform many different dances.
