If you pull the parking brake release make sure the pedal is all the way up. After years of wear and tear the spring that pulls the pedal up when it is released can stretch and not fully bring the pedal back up. You may also be low on brake fluid. Your brake system is a closed fluid system. If it is low look for a problem. There is either a line leaking somewhere or the brake pads or shoes are low. When brake pads or shoes wear it causes more fluid to be sent to the calipers or wheel cylinders, causing the fluid to go down in the master cylinder. Adding fluid may cause the light to go off, but IT WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
The prking break is probably on...

You may have to depress the break pedal. Don't quite understand "brake light not coming out of park" ... brake lights are non-moveable item .. please be more specific.
The ABS light on a 95 S10 Blazer has to be reset by a mechanic or the dealer. Unplugging the battery on the vehicle will not reset the ABS light.
