I wouldn't trust it. The site was just recently registered, and it was registered to an address in the Bahamas. Additionally, the deals seem too good to be true.
Yes, it is a scam. They try to get you to buy a green dot card from Wal-Mart and pay with that. Their phones are not in service. The swing set company, whose product they are trying to scam you with, put out a warning about them.
