I don't know of any place in Washington DC that rechromes bumpers but you could try to find someone in the classifieds section of your local newspaper or by posting a Craigslist ad.

The Bumpers are located on top of the controller, just in front of the triggers. The left and right bumpers are marked "LB" and "RB" respectively.

You would have to check YOUR State law to know for sure as most States require front and rear bumpers. Also check for front and rear license plate requirements.
All 944 NA bumpers will fit eachother. The 944 turbo bumpers not fit NA's and the other way around. 944 bumpers will not bolt to a 924 as well.
Just get a tape measure and just measure it from front to rear including the front and rear bumpers..

The 87,88 and 89 have all the same bumpers the only difference is the DX bumper is generally not painted it is usually left black Hope this helps
