Resin pressure
Resin pressure has a great influence on the shrinkage rate. If the resin pressure is large, the shrinkage rate becomes smaller and the size of the product is larger.
Even in the same mold cavity, the resin pressure varies depending on the shape of the product, so the shrinkage rate varies.
The speed of injection affects the size of the product in various ways. In general, the faster the injection speed, the smaller the size of the product. The main reason for this is that faster injection speeds result in shorter cooling times and therefore less time for crystallization to occur.
Plunger stroke is the speed on the engine. This is the injection system on a diesel.
The maximum speed of the 1967 404 injection Peugeot is 104 mph. The power of the engine is 80 hp.
If it has the Throttle body injection 305 it is set at 115MPH. If it has either of the Tuned Port Injection motors there is no governer to limit speed.
The maximum speed of a 2001 Renault Clio 4cyl 75HP injection is 103 miles per hour.
The maximum speed of the 2001 Citroen Saxo 4cyl 98HP injection car is 120 miles per hour.
The maximum speed of alfa romeo berlina injection 4cyl 132HP 1970 is 246 km/h.
The max speed of a 1970 Alfa Romeo Berlina injection 4cyl with 130 HP is 246kph or 152.86 mph.
The power of the engine and the maximum speed of the 1967 Peugeot 404 Coupe Injection are 96 hp and 104 mph respectively.
Accumulators is a device full of nitrogen. Usually high speed injectiion machine has accumulator, which is helpul for high speed and high pressure injection. This kind of injection machine is especially for products like thinwall container, syringes, caps, etc..
If it has EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) there is no idle speed adjustment. The idle speed is adjusted electronically.
60 bhp is the power of the Peugeot 604 6cyl injection 1978 engine and its maximum speed is 93 mph (150 km/h).
