It's called the inner wheel well liner.
bolt pattern might align, but wheel size might vary snd cause interference with tire and inner wheel wells. Good luck
Remove the screws in the wheel wells and underneath the plastic cover to remove the bumper cover. Then you can see to remove the actual bumper.
There are many places to buy body parts. Use google to pick one you like. They are usually referred to as inner fenders.
if your truck is 4x4, the canister is inside the passenger front wheel well, above the inner fender cover.

In most large transports the wheel wells are in the central fuselage where the cargo bays are. In some other aircraft wheels fold outwards and are hidden in pods behind the inner engines.
The battery is in the driver's front fender in front of the wheel. You have to remove the driver's side tire and inner fender cover to access it.

They should not be open. Someone has either removed the inner wheel well liners or they have deteriorated over time. They are needed to keep rock, dirt, sand, water, and other foreign objects from entering the engine compartment.
I doubt it very much as there isn't much room on the rear wheel wells , it might be possible if you tub the rear wheel wells.
