Cut hose on the drivers side between the ABS and the intake manifold, try to do it in a straight section. It's a PITA on these vans.
Under the engine compartment seat, hook to cylinder head flush kit.

Start the truck. Turn on the heater. Hold both hoses in your hands. The first one to feel warm is the inlet.
You go by the instructions on the kit. You will have to cut a heater hose in order to install it. I assume you have a cleaner that you run in it before you flush the system. Open the drain under the lower radiator hose and turn on the water until it runs clear.
install a flush kit in heater hose, making sure you install in correct hose. Remove cap from flush kit. Remove radiator cap ( engine is cold of course ). Air will escape thru flush kit as coolant is poured in. When coolant starts coming out of flush kit you are done. With both caps off you may have to let the thermostat open in order to complete this process. Cap both off immediately after lines are cleared of air and you see water coming out without air.
