That vehicle only has one belt. It is a "serpentine" belt that drives all the engine accessories.
On the 7.3 Litre Turbo Diesel (and for any engine) with the serpentine belt system, always remove the belt by removing the tension from the belt. Not doing so will probably result in one or both things happening. First you may be seriously injured (or worse) when the belt comes off and second, you will damage the exterior components of the engine. Safety first and always!
