Just file for divorce, you do not need your spouse's permission to get a divorce.
Your question is a bit complex but if you want to know what you need to do because you found out a spouse is having an affair and you know the other spouse, you need to talk to the person who is cheating to stop because of your friend. If this spouse don't listen to your plea, then tell him or her that you will talk to his or her spouse. That is all you can do. The rest will be them to work things out.
only if you want too dont give it to him if you dont want to talk to him
maybe they dont want to talk to you!
it's a boring talk why dont we talk about interesting things
it's a boring talk why dont we talk about interesting things
Because they dont want to look like a idiot
only if they want to give you have of the money. but dont ask for it you never now wat they are going to spenad it on
the reason why u dont wanna talk to him is because u r shy to talk to to him because you dont wanna embarse your self in front of him and if u really like this guy u would talk to him
they dont want to talk to you or they simply dont have there phone around them
Well, tell him/her tickling isn't your idea of fun. You have to be firm about this, and it's best to talk about it some time while you're not in the bedroom. If your spouse persists despite your objections, she/he has a sadistic streak, and if the two of you want to stay together, you might want to talk to a couples counselor. If he/she doesn't want to do that, go yourself.
then your not divorced Or you should talk to your spouse about it if you guys really want to divorce or not. If the spouse does not want to accept the divorce papers, that spouse still cares for you. Then you should talk about getting back or settle things and talk to him/her about the divorce papers. If you do not care for your spouse then talk to that spouse gently and maturely about it If you are sure about the divorce but your spouse refuses to sign talk to a lawyer. in almost every state (if not every state) there is a way to get a divorce anyway it usually involves setting up a hearing. then they try to serve him/her the papers for the hearing if he/she does not respond within a certain period of time then the divorce is granted otherwise you might have a legal battle on your hands. However i believe in California it is not required to have your spouse sign the papers (do some research though to be sure) if that is true you might be able to go file for your divorce there however i still recommend talking to a lawyer about possible options where you live since its easier.
