Most of them do, but I guess that depends on what you mean by "professor." College students often use that term loosely to mean anyone who happens to teach at a college, when in fact there are probably around 5 different titles that a college teacher might have. A full professor would almost certainly have health insurance, whereas an instructor (generally the lowest level of college teacher) very well might not. In fact, I'm an instructor and I don't get health insurance.
