It's Attached to the throttle body on the side that's facing you when you pop the hood open. The throttle body is in between the intake manifold (The black plastic thing on the right) and the engine.
In mass air flow sensor.
it cost me $600 (Canadian dollars) at a mechanic for my v6 mx3. the engine is an interference design so the valves will be mashed by the pistons if the timing belt breaks so it's worth doing if you want the car for a while.
hi i think the air intake hose is connected to the mass aif flow meter located some where by exaust i think
it is located on the mass air flow censor on the intake. it is connected right on the out side of it.It has 5 wires running to it.
try changing the plugs and wires if that fails then try the ground wire. it might just be arking out. wait till it is dark out and see if u can see sparks around the plugs
The fuel line does not connect to the throttle body at all It does connect to the Fuel rail wich is located over the intake manifold close to the head, on a V6 you have 2 fuel rails. Then they transmit the fuel equaly to the injectors. And the fuel regulator return the excess amount of pressure using the return line that goes to the gaz tank.
