There is a common misconception that Invisalign is just as effective as traditional braces - this is false. Most people think so only because the company markets intensely to the public. Don't get me wrong, Invisalign is great - but only for certain cases, its not for everyone, and its definitely not a substitute for braces. An overbite and a gap in your front teeth will be best corrected using braces - metal or ceramic. However, you need to visit an orthodontic specialist for a full evaluation. An orthodontist has extra years of training and knowledge of moving teeth the correct way. I am assuming you are an adult - ask yourself are you willing to commit to having braces? How does your overbite negatively affect your teeth? Do you have significant wear on your front teeth because of it? Answering these questions for yourself will help you determine whether you should choose Invisalign or braces. If you send me a smiling picture - drzhu@manhattanbridgeortho.com, I'll let you know whether an overbite correction will significantly change your smile. Explain the difference between strategic and traditional training approaches?

Strategic training approaches focus on aligning training initiatives with overall business goals and objectives to drive organizational success. Traditional training approaches, on the other hand, tend to be more focused on completing predefined courses or activities without necessarily tying them to strategic outcomes. Strategic training is more proactive and future-oriented, while traditional training may be reactive and task-oriented.
