I know you probably don't want to think of yourself as a "kid" at 13 (I know I didn't), but the weight/height comparison is a little different for teenagers than for adults because of all the changes your body is going through for puberty. Young teens require a higher percentage of body fat than you will as an adult. I took the liberty of entering your stats (height, weight, and age) and you are in the middle of the "healthy" zone. So you're perfect :-)

no your not fat im 13 i weigh 115 too and im 5'1 my friend saids that im not fat well im not fat or skinny so your in the middle just keep your weight the same until your fully grown and you will look skinny because if you keep the same weigh your just getting taller not fatter so you will look skinny dont try to diet because your stilll young so just keep your weight the same and you will be fine oh and im a girl too..
