Sounds good, but it's only a single reading. I'm 42 9male) and just took a 114 over 70 reading, which is a little high for me. 110 over 67 is nearer my norm, and that is pretty good. You need to do multiple readings over a period of time to get a proper idea (always at the same time of day). Also, remember that the machine your Doctor has will always give a more accurate reading than home bought machines, which are usually not re-callibrated at regular intervals as they should be! And any machine should really use a cuff around the bicep, not lower down the arm or wrist. You do not mention how you got your reading. That said, I very much doubt you have anything to worry about. If in doubt, visit your Doctor, and remember - worrying about your blood pressure could well raise your blood pressure!
