If you need scholarships , i don't think you have a chance .. However , if you are asking whether colleges will accept your admission regardless of the other ingredients of this admission , medium level colleges and universities will usually .. If you are talking about credit score, understand that I am not a credit expert, but since a credit score of 620 is bad, 215 would be a terrible credit score. If this is for a test like the SAT, this is also horrible. The average score of the SAT is about 500, and even that isn't that good of a score.

Colleges take the highest reading score, the highest math score and the highest writing score out of all the tests you've taken. So if there was a really bad essay topic, you can take it again and they will take the higher of the scores.
