You should try lose a little weight, but don't worry about it much, 14 yr old are growing and therefore shouldn't be stick thin. If she does sport it might be muscle, rembember muscle weighs more than fat. Also if she is uncomftable with how she looks i would advise losing weight, but if not stick as is. Bella. x

You weight is fine for now. All you have to do is maintain it. Drink ample amounts of raw juice or water to keep you hydrated. Raw juice got water too but with all the essential nutrients that your body needs. Avoid drinking sodas and processed foods. Eat healthy and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Get good sleep and you will surely have a maintained weight.
