I am 13 years old and weigh 137 and want to loose weight. But my friend weighs the same and she is skinny.

Hey im the same as you. my friend weighs 140 and i weigh the same its not about the way you look its just about the way you feel yourself. most people maybe born skinny but when you start growing up you tend to put on weight or loose weight. you shouldn't be worried at all and please! don't go on a diet it is bad for you when your young just exercise 2-3 times a week for at least 30-1hour or so and just take small steps. P.S at your age most girls still have baby fat on their bodys it will go as you start to get taller.
