That depends doesn't it? On bone structure and body weight content (fat or muscle), and whether male or female. If a person who is 4'10 can weigh 100 pounds and be considered healthy, we are talking a difference in inches of 8 and an additional total body weight of 60. Figure it out, 12inches per foot so 4'10 would be 58 / 100 versus 66 / 160 that's not quite double. It is less than 10lbs per inch difference. I would say taking the other factors into consideration, yes, it is pretty healthy.

The ideal weight for a male who is 5'6" is between 136 - 164 pounds, depending on his frame size. 160 is not overweight.
