No I think you're fine. Think about these questions: Can you do 1 push-up? Can you ride a bike without falling over? Can you fit in an average size car? To regulate yourself take walks and exersise

It depends what your bf percentage is, for all we know that could be pure muscle. Yes, medically speaking, 255 is considered "severely obese" according to BMI. If you gain 1 lb, you would be considered "morbidly obese". Anything above 192 is "obese" at your height. 191 is "slightly overweight". So you're in the position of either accepting yourself fully at this weight, just embracing it, or make some lifestyle changes. Good luck with whatever you decide.
