It depends on your individual caloric needs, and the source of the 190 calories. It would be better for you to eat 190 calories from avocado ( good fats, lots of nutrients) than for you to eat a pack of chips ( some contain trans fat and potato chips are as nutritious as a brick made of cow dung )
