it's okay i suppose but depends a lot on your location and proximity to an exchange. I would be happy enough with it but i only surf the net and don't do much downloading or uploading. In a big city it probably should be faster and in remote areas possibly a lot slower.

∙ 11y agoNo it is not fast at all Computers can now have 16 gigabytes of Ram (that's the speed) 2 Terabye Hard drives and 3 Gigahrtz. 8 Bit equal 1 byte so a megabit would be slightly less than a megabyte. it goes in this order (bit kilobit megabit gigabit terabit pedabit exabit zettabit and Yottabit) That order also aplplies to bytes ( byte kilobyte megabyte gigabyte terabyte exabyte zetta byte Yottabyte.) A byte is a combination I'd 1's and 0's

I'd recommend a cheap 20MB plan, since they are very afforadble and have decent speed for personal use.

If it is staying connected to the internet and your computer is loosing connection it sounds like the computer has an issue or if your ussing one it could be your router. be more detailed about what you have.
