No I am 18 I am a guy and I weigh 200-210 it changes daily lol and I am one of the skinniest, best looking, very fit people on the planet I got a lot of muscles not a six pack a tiny little cute belly and girls love it but I still got a lot of strength especially in my thighs, feet, legs, arms, and so forth.
