If that is a resting heart rate you should get it checked out preferably by the ER. That would be SVT super ventricular taccicardia or even VT ventricular taccicardia which is very dangerous possibly life threatening. If your exersizing and it comes down it wouldn't cause any immediate damage but you should deffinetly not get that high purposely.
