It all depends have you had the regular scheduled maintenance on your Corolla (Oil changes every 3,000 to 6,000 miles, and the other recommended services which can be found in the back of the owners manual that came with the vehicle) If you have done this, then yes, the vehicle should be okay mechanically.
If, however, you are looking to resell the vehicle or trade it in, then yes, that is more miles than average (The average vehicle travels 12,000 - 15,000 miles per year). The only thing that hurts is the resale value by about $500 to $1,250, depending on who purchases it.
