8GB is better. The higher the number the more it is, and the more it can store. In computers, the more RAM you put in (Assuming you are talking about RAM) the faster and better the computer will perform
In general, more memory is better. But more memory is also more expensive, and (as of 2015), 4 GB might be enough for most purposes.
any laptop with 4 gigabyte RAM and 1 gigabyte graphic card will work perfectly!
It depends on the type of the laptop. Maplestory also has the requirement of having at least 4 GB RAM to play smoothly.

As long as your laptop has at least the following specs: OS: Windows Vista/XP Processor: AMD 64 3200+ or Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz or better Memory: 16 GB free hard drive space / 512 MB RAM (XP) / 1 GB RAM (Vista) Video Card: Shader 3.0 or better 256 MB nVidia Geforce 6600GT / ATI Radeon 1600XT or better
Computer MEMORY, Also known as Ram, is what speeds up your computer. Programs on your computer need memory as a temporary storage to run, only when the programs are running is it using memory. Depending on what computer you have and/or what you want and what you do on your computer. If you do a lot of multi-tasking with a lot of programs open then consider getting a 6 GB on a desktop and a 4 GB on a laptop. if you don't multi-task with multiple programs then consider getting from 4 GB on a desktop and 1-3 GB on a laptop. But usually 4 gigabytes is fine. I have a 3 GB Memory laptop with WIN7 Ultimate and it works pretty smoothly. If i had another GB for memory I would never have to worry about my laptop being slow on me
