viscosity, not velocity. 5W20 is just a way of claiming that oil doesn't thin as much (as regular oil) as the temprature in the engine rises

91c is the designation for the police spec caprice.it should in most cases already have an lt1,lt1 is the motor,91c is the car specs, but since its a 91 it may be too old for the lt1 option, so that part i dont know.i just know for sure 91c is not a motor.
