7 dpo is a bit too early FOR MOST. but there are a very few select amount of women who experience implantation early so they would experience symptoms earlier. Chances are however, that your not one of them. When your mind is thinking about pregnancy it tends to play tricks on your body. I cant even count how many times I was sure I was pregnant!
