No. Adventists and Mormons are two different Christian religions. They do share some common beliefs, such as salvation through Jesus Christ and The Bible as the Word of God. They also share a similar history, both starting during the Second Great Awakening. However, Mormons and Adventists have many differences as well, and are not anywhere near being the same.

She is a Mormon:Christianity Same as Latter Day Saint ( sometimes considered offensive )
The 7th of March and the 6th of November are never on the same day in the same year. The 7th of March is always one day later. For example, in 2014, the 7th of March is a Friday and the 6th of November is a Thursday.
National Kiss a Mormon Day is April 26th!! =D
The same as if you weren't Mormon.
According to Facebook, National Hug a Mormon Day was Friday, November 20, 2009.
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) do not have the same hairstyle. Mormon girls may do their hair however they choose. Mormon women and girls have hair of all lengths, colors, and styles. Many Mormons may have similar hairstyles simply because that is the style that is currently fashionable, but this has nothing to do with religion, and many outside of Mormonism would have the same hairstyle as well. In over 25 years of being a Mormon, I have never seen a group of Mormon girls who all had the same hairstyle! Check out the "Related Links" below to see some examples of hairstyles among Mormon girls and women, as well as photos of Mormon teen girls at formal dances such as prom.
Joseph Smith, Jr., the leader of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon' church) was killed by an anti-Mormon mob in June 1844. His brother Hyrum was also killed on the same day. Other Church members were also killed by mob violence in that year.
There is no book in the Book of Mormon that is the same as Genesis. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) use the Bible, so there is no need to duplicate it in the Book of Mormon. The Book of Moses in the Pearl of Great Price is similar. It is not exactly the same because it has more detail. The Pearl of Great Price is also considered a book of scripture in the Church, in addition to the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Doctrine & Covenants. You can compare the books at the "Related Link" below.
Yes. When a word ends in "ism" it is an philosophy. So Mormonism is the philosphy of the thoughts of the Mormon religion. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the LDS church) is the official name of the Mormon church. ("Mormon" is just a nickname).
