850mhz and 1900mhz
It will work in the US, depending on who your provider is and where you're using the phone. The KS360 is a tri-band phone, which means that it doesn't use the 850mhz frequency, which is the most common one in the US. However, most metropolitan areas (and the areas around them) do support a 1900mhz frequency. You can check with your provider to find out where 1900mhz is supported. In short, if you're with one of the larger companies (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.) and you don't live in the middle of nowhere, the phone should work in the US.
There are two main types of Cellular phone com usage, that being CMDA and GSM. GSM operates, typically in a range of 850mhz, 900mhz, 1800 and 1900mhz. In parts of Europe it also uses 2100mhz. Older GMS specs can go as low as 380mhz for uplink and downlink and the channel will vary. CDMA operates at usually at 800mhz or 1900mhz. Some of the 4g WiMax signals can run as high as 2.7ghz. That however is used for data, not for voice mode. Again, different variations of this will run at other speeds but those are the most common ones.
The GPRS is running at 800Mhz in Europe while In US, it is running at 1900Mhz.
Yes, they operate a GSM 850MHz Network, and all GSM phones use Sim Card.
Quad Band means that you can use the phone you have in all four MHz 's The US, Canada, the Caribbean and South America all use the 900 MHZ and the 1800MHz frequencies. Europe uses 850MHZ and 1900MHz frequencies. So, basically if you live in America it doesn't really matter whether you have quad band or not, unless you are planning to move and still want to keep your phone. I learned this all from my parents since im trying to find a new phone :)
The operating frequency for an in-building cellular repeater system is the frequency your cellular provider uses in your area. For example, in the United States Sprint is a 1900MHz PCS carrier, therefore, if you want to repeat Sprint signals in your building you would need an external "Donor" antenna to receive the available Sprint 1900MHz signal outside, a cable would take the signal from the antenna to a powered amplifier designed to amplify the 1900MHz band. Another coax cable would go from the amplifier to the internal antenna in the building which is what your cellular phone would communicate with.
yes, the tri-band feature very well allows it to function.
You are the worst person ever. You are better than no one. And no one is better than the best. So you must be better than the best. But the best is better than the worst. So it is impossible to tell if you're better than me. No wait. I change my answer to "No, I'm better than you."
he skis better than you
The correct wording is "You are better than I." The way to tell is to finish the sentence - "You are better than I am" is correct, whereas "You are better than me am" would be incorrect.
Life is better than death.Peace is better than war.
