It sucks balls.. It won't play a peace of crap. Only good for work. And for playing games like minecraft only.. It won't play elder scrolls oblivion on low without 3 fps or any higher. It can play on minecraft with on normal with 1.90 gbs of ram at about 15-20 but with 3.00 gbs of ram you play normal on about 40-50 fps.

Ran my Radeon HD 5450 Silent at 70c for quite some time. still running fine
Intel HD Graphics will ALWAYS be worse than any dedicated graphics card. The HD 5470 is better.
Definitely. As long as the correct cables are available, the card can display through almost any monitors these days.
Google "Can i run this" and go first option It tells you if you can run any games or not
No, but you can download SwiftShader 3.0 and extract it to your game folder, but you need at least a decent graphics card to be able to run the game.
any pci or pci-e video card. such as ATI Radeon video cards (not agp ones) or NVidia GeForce video cards (again, excluding the agp ones)

it depends on what resolution. normaly, 1400*900 all very high, without any mod , fps average on 40.
ATI Radeon 4850 512MB DDR3 PCI-E and any equivalent G-Force 9+ are selling for under AU$40 each. Fairly decent cards, supports DX10 and works well enough to play most games, CPU and memory permitting.
No, any integrated graphics card will not be the best for gaming sorry
This sounds like a driver issue, go to the ATI site and download the latest drivers for your 3850, make sure you select the right operating system 32 bit or 64 bit (i assume u have a 64 bit OS). Uninstall any graphics card driver that might be installed(ATI/Nvidia/Matrox), reboot your system and install the drivers you just downloaded, reboot and hopefully the issue is solved.
