well most of the version upgrades have just been simple changes to apperance and a few new tools and things but CS4 has chaged alot on CS3 and for most people for the worst as alot of tools have been moved around to different places, and alot of them have been deleated meaning in some cases its harder for developers to carry out the simple tasks they once could do but im always 1 for progress so why not yer id say its better just a bit of a pain.
