∙ 12y agoAnorexia and other eating disorder have significantly increased over the years, particulary in the mid- to late-20th century. As time went on, social standards switched to a preference for a thin woman, triggering more diets and eating disorders. Most societries as a whole have also become a lot more media-influenced.
