According to the Wikipedia definition of wilderness:
"Wilderness or wildland is a natural environment on Earth that has not been significantly modified by civilized human activity."

Antarctica, ok make it into a world wilderness park. Nobody cares.
There is a lot of wilderness living in or coming passed Antarctica such as penguins, humpback whales, elephant seals and an abundance of bird life.
The interior of Antarctica.
Neither. It is wilderness.
Antarctica is governed by The Antarctic Treaty, its official status. The World Wilderness Site proposals are not official.
basically 50 cent said no.
The entire continent is a unique wilderness. A continent covering 10% of the earth's surface, 98% of which is covered with an ice sheet, and is a polar desert, is unique in the world.
There are many large areas of wilderness all over the world. Just look at Canada under Hudson Bay lies the biggest solid patch of woods in the world.
I quote,'Antarctica has become a unique place in the modern world, the only continent that remains relatively untouched by human interference and therefore arguably the only pristine wilderness left on Earth.'
You could encourage people to see what a beautiful place antarctica is and how we would like to discover it more we dont want to kill all animals there we want it to be a place we can visit, it is the last wilderness place on earth lets not destroy it.
