the stamp shows that the ring is of 14 karat gold piece; to check if it is real or not.
Is real with the stamp. P4sr
I have a white gold ring stamped 750 HG with a diamond. The dimond is real. I filed the ring shank and it still tested 18kt. gold
I'm Pretty sure it stands for Carats Gold. Not real carrots that are orange and you eat, but carats that tell you how much gold is in your ring.
Real gold will have a stamp on it telling what it is. It should say 10K, 14K, 18K, 24K, or gold filled. Gold filled (GF) is not real gold. If the chain or pendant or ring doesn't have this on it then it isn't real gold.
I have found that the rj stamp is used by avon but i dont know anything else on what it means.
It means that the jewelry piece came from Avon. Avon as in the business that is similar to Mary lay. Unfortunatly it has no value
If the stamp in your ring says 14KT then yes your ring is real gold. If your item doesn't look real or you have doubts you can always take it to a jewelry store to be checked out.

You can tell if a ring is real gold or not by putting it near a magnet. If the ring is attracted to the magnet it is not real gold, real gold is not magnetic at all.
it means it is 18 carat gold ring or 76% pure gold
