Bailey's is made from Irish whiskey which is made from a gluten containing grain. there is no definitive answer as to if it is truly gluten free or not because it is debated if fermenting and distillation gets rid of all of the gluten or not. Some of the gluten is changed into another protein which is also debated if it is safe fro a GF diet. For some people it is ok to consume it while other may have a reaction to it.
