Absolutely not, and there is no evidence of it whatsoever. Sadly, his political opponents have made some outrageous accusations about him over the years, and this is one of the many accusations that is false. That said, when he first ran for president, some people found his name confusing because of the "Hussein" part-- but he inherited that name from his father. It is a very common name in many Muslim countries, and his dad, who came from Kenya, named his Barack Hussein Obama. Some people thought he must be related to Saddam Hussein, but he was not.
