Black Ops II: Declassified is a PS Vita game that will be different from Black Ops II on the PS3 and other consoles.
You changed the Question and my answer. There is a no such game as Black Ops II declassified it is just Call of Duty: Black Ops - Declassified by Activision Inc. PlayStation Vita. It is not the same as Black Ops II and is not even a sequel to Call of Duty Black Ops. It is a game made for a Portable not by Treyarch who makes Black Ops and Black Ops II and instead was developed by Nihilistic Software
Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified explores original fiction in the Call of Duty Black Ops universe with an all-new campaign of Special Ops missions. Optimized for gamers on-the-go, Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified delivers the most intense handheld Call of Duty experience to date, including both Special Ops Story mode and Multiplayer combat tailored for the PS Vita." see related link
The story takes place between the events of Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
the announced platforms MW3 is Wii, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360
PS Vita is not going to get a Black Ops. Treyarch is developing a new Call of Duty series game and whether anyone is working on a PS Vita version has not been announced.
No it can not. The PS Vita can not play the Black Ops game. The PS Vita plays PSP and PS vita games not PS3 games
None the Vita can not play a PS3 game
No it will definitely not be out in the PS Vita game version
No because Call of Duty Black Ops does not have a PSP or PS vita game version. You will not be able to play any PS3 games on the PS Vita
No Treyarch who developed Call of Duty Black Ops are hard at work trying to make a new game in time for the November 2012 release. It is still to early for a title or platform announcement for the game.
No, its worse because activision gave it to a random group(the ones that made the PS Vita Resistance game) to make the game instead of infinity ward or Treyarch. basically PS Vita black ops declassified is the same as Resistance: Burning Skies except different map and guns. It's pretty bad.Wrong it is because the PS Vita is not a console and can never deliver the performance of a console. No developer could make the Vita perform like a console it does not have the power and runs on batteries.I think that the graphics of Call of Duty for the PS Vita were worse than they could have been. They could have been much much better. Not enough effort went into it. It's one of the worst looking games for the PS Vita.
Namco has announced that they will make a dbz game for psvita if their is enough demand for it
The game does not come in a PS vita version. Even the Black Ops when it comes out will be a special portable game and not Black Ops II
Yes you can get Mortal Kombat for the PS Vita. The game is available for Preorder for December 25 2012. The price for the USA PS Vita game is $39.99. The game will be rated M
A PS Vita is a physical thing, a game console, it can't be downloaded. No Android device is powerful enough to play a PS Vita game.
