Depends on what you mean by spaceship. Boeing is invovled in the maintenance of the aging Shuttle fleet, and likely is invovled in the production of the next phase of surface-to-orbit shuttlecraft. Boeing also makes lifters such as the Delta IV, which lift payloads out of the earth's gravity well. Boeing also works in collaboration on many solar system and deep space research projects that send various types of probes out from earth. Finally, we are in the preliminary plannning phases of a manned trip to Mars. If this gets approval, Boeing and most other aerospace firms will be invovled, as wil the USAF and NASA, most likely.
