Bosch spark plugs has been a reliable brand. And many auto parts stores and auto mechanics would recommend them. Some Bosch spark plugs come with a warranty.

you can use ngk or Bosch it will perform very good, but please don't change the spark plugs when the engine is still hot because it will smoke
One kind of spark plugs that is recommended for a 1999 Saturn SL2 manual with a 1.9 twin cam engine are ones made by Bosch. Another good brand would be ones made by NGK.
OEM spark plugs are usually the way to go. If you want something long-lasting I'd go with Bosch or good old NGK. Don't forget to check your plug wires also while you're at it.
they could be bad spark plugs as in not a very good brand. or maybe you didn't put the wires back on the right spark plug.
It seems to depend on the spark plug. I replaced the Motorcraft plugs with Bosch Platinum+2 plugs. Look here for what Bosch says about torques (search for the word "torque"): http://www.boschautoparts.com/Resources/FAQS/SparkPlugs.htm The box of the Platinum+2 plugs said to torque them to 15 ft.-lbs., which is what I did. Good luck!
If you are aware of which two cylinders are NOT firing, I would change out the spark plug wires and the spark plugs with brand new for those two cylinders. If you aren't sure which cylinders AREN'T firing, then do a complete change of new wires and spark plugs. HINT: Try not to use Bosch plugs... I did, and had all kinds of trouble with them even tho they were inexpensive and supposed to be just as good.
John Deere makes good lawn mower replacement parts. I would probably go with John Deere or Honda spark plugs, if I had to make a decision on what brand to get.
A/C Delco #41-103, these will idle better than other brands. Also good, NGK, or Denso, stay away from Bosch, and any platinum plugs.
No it will not.
