Call of Duty: Black Ops is rated M 17+ by the ESRB or MA 15+ in Australia. It depends what you classify as "rude," but I personally think that it is not as bad as some MA 15+ games out there. It is a war game where there is a lot of shooting and occasional violent cut-scences in the Campaign. In Call of Duty: Black Ops, there is a feature which you can use to turn down the graphic content in the Options Menu. This turns down blood and gore and I think it also turns off the strong language. Multiplayer isn't as rude and and contains almost no bad language by the Developers of Call of Duty: Black Ops, but there are people who can talk in voice chat and can say anything they like. If you don't have a headset on while playing the words that players are saying shouldn't come out as clearly as with a headset, but you can always play on mute and turn the graphic content down and I personally think that Call of Duty: Black Ops isn't very "rude."
