No, changing a super absorbency tampon every 5 hours isn't bad.
Tampons should be changed every 4-6 hours - as long as the tampon is saturated then you are changing at the correct time. Your flow is on the heavier side but not abnormally so, tampons are made up to Ultra absorbency so as long as you're not leaking through highest absorbency within a few hours there's no reason to be concerned.
You may want to consider menstrual cups, these are safer than tampons so can be worn for 12 hours including overnight so a lot more convenient than tampons and pads for dealing with heavier flow. Cups can lighten flow compared to tampons, they hold a lot more than tampons so they don't have to be dealt with every few hours, and don't leak like tampons.
Yes, the Caia Koopman tampon case can hold super absorbency tampons. Tampon cases are designed to carry all absorbencies of commercial or organic tampons. A super absorbency is not much bigger than a regular absorbency.
Wear a super absorbency tampon like Tampax super in the green wrapper.
Well when I use tampons, I regularly use super tampons because on my first 2 days are my heaviest, so I usually wear a super whcih lasts about 2 hours. I have recently started using a super plus tampon, and it lasts me about 4.5 hours through the school day. I think you should use these for school or sports becuse they are really obsorbant, but always wear a panty liner or a thin and short pad. or if you are to nervous to use a super plus then a super can last a full day with a thick pad under it. because i know it could be embarassing to change your tampon at school. Just always be pre pared and always have protection haha because you dont want to be that one girl walking around school with a blood stain on the back of her pants. I really hope this helped!:)
Tampons should only be worn during menstruation, and they shouldn't be worn overnight.Tampons need to be changed every 4-6 hours which can't be done while you're sleeping, the longer you leave tampons the greater the risk of vaginal infections and TSS so regular changing is important. You also need to alternate with pads to allow your vagina a chance to clean itself, and overnight is the most convenient time for you to switch to pads.
You can live on Super noodles and water for about 20 years as long as you work out every day for 3 hours so that you do NOT get unhealthy
You should be fine but I wouldn't make a habit of it. It seems to be the more often you do it, the greater your chances. "In general, use the lightest-absorbency tampon you can and change it often -- at least every four to eight hours. Or use pads. Actually, switching between tampons and pads is a good idea. And at night, pads are the way to go. Toxic shock syndrome, although rare (1 out of every 100,000 women), is a serious disease. The symptoms of TSS are a sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, fainting, a rash that looks like sunburn, dizziness and muscle aches. If you experience any of these symptoms, take out your tampon and call your doctor immediately." http:/www.kotex.com/na/Search.aspx?search=toxic+shock
TSS isn't as rare as the companies lead you to believe. It's back with vengeance and killing young women all over but it's being hidden. My 20 year old daughter died in June using Regular absorbency tampons, changing like clockwork never leaving them in over 6 hours and alternating with pads. A friend of hers from the same school, in her class! had TSS just two months after she did!! She was 21. She read our warnings about flu symptoms and recognized it so early she removed the tampon and had her mom take her to the hospital and insisted to the Dr that it could be TSS. It saved her life. The truth is, the deadly toxins begin to multiply within 2 hours after inserting your first tampon. Regular, or Super! When you change a tampon after even just a few hours that toxin remains inside just waiting for you to put in a new tampon. It takes up right where it left off when it comes into contact with the viscose rayon in the tampon. The longer you continue to use tampons even while changing the more concentrated the toxin becomes, Once this toxin gets into your blood stream, (it can enter with only a couple of scuffed off cells from changing a tampon) it's 10,000 times more deadly than sepsis alone. The reason you need to use a pad at night for at least 8 hours is, you remove that rayon filled tampon and the toxin takes that 8 hours to dissipate, (die off) then in the morning you can start the deadly process all over again. Providing your tampon isn't leaving fibers behind..... A friend of ours just had TSS, was in a coma in ICU for 3 weeks and in the hospital another 2 weeks. She wasn't using a tampon, they only found a rayon fiber from the tampon she used the prior week. She just had surgery to remove the gangrene from her toes. She is 16. If you are young (under 28) you most likely don't yet have the antibodies for the toxin of the staphylococcus aureus bacteria, you can easily contract TSS. The symptoms are only flu symptoms! This is all my daughter had! 103.2 temp, ibuprofen brought that down, vomiting and diarrhea. That's IT! She walked into a hospital Friday and died Sunday! If you do choose to use tampons, 100% cotton tampons are the only way to be safe. There has never been a case of TSS from the use of a 100% cotton tampon. These are not sold at Walmart, Target, Walgreen or in CVS stores. You have to order them online or go to a health food store. 95% of women have the antibodies to fight TSS by the time they are 30 years old. Please don't take chances with your life. It isn't worth it!
The duration of The Super is 1.58 hours.
Try this: 1. Get a super-absorbant tampon. 2. Get a blowdryer. 3. Place tampon over wax spill. 4. Turn on blowdryer to hot full and heat up the pad. The wax will be sucked in.
yes it is okay to put a tampon in your anus no more than 6 hours tho. I use them cuz I leak. My wife understands it for my health. I do have to say they feel soo good deep in my anus. If you have more questions feel frre to ask

No, spotting means light bleeding such as pink or brown discharge - heavy bleeding suggests menstruation, although it is possible to bleed during pregnancy if you are bleeding when menstruation was due then it is likely menstruation.
