According to a program I have on my iPod Touch... a Small box of McDonald's Chicken McNuggets has 170 calories, 10 grams of fat, & 10 grams of carbs. A small order of Burger King Chicken Tenders has 230 calories, 14 grams of fat, & 11 grams of carbs. A small order of Wendy's Chicken Nuggets has 190 calories, 12 grams of fat & 10 grams of carbs.
