A powder puff is actually a variety in the breed, Chinese Crested. They have "puffs" of fur. The other variety of the breed is hairless. You can go to AKC.org for more info on this breed.
A Chinese Crested Dog (both Powder Puff and Hairless) can live up to 15 years, with a healthy average of 13 years.
Atleast one of the only dogs that sweat is the Chinese Crest. Which is a rare hairless dog that also comes in powder puff.
Yes, the Chinese Crested dog is a very small breed of dog.
I am sorry to say that both the original nintendogs and Nintendogs +cats do not have the Chinese Crested breed. My opinion on why they were not included in both games is probably because they: a.) Come in two variations, hairless and powder puff. b.) Game designers would have a bit of trouble recreating the chinese crested in the games because of their, ...well..., unique look. Thanks for that great question.
no there is not.
Chinese chin dog
The small dog breed is the Shih Tzu (Chinese for lion dog).
It means Lion dog in Chinese. It is a breed of dog.
Chow Chow, Pekingese, Pug, Chinese Chrested, Shih Tzu, Shar Pei, Chinese Chongquing Dog. Those are the ones I can remember.
The Chinese breed name for the Shih Tzu is 狮子狗, meaning lion dog.
The Chinese Crested is known as a hairless breed of dog. Hairless breeds of canines are often owned by people who have allergies to dog dander or those who don't want to have large dogs as pets.
