∙ 17y agoThis is an intersting question, but we all know that RBCs or Red blood cells have no nucleus, and the life span of the RBCs is 120 days only.If DNA is found so this belong to other types of blood cells such as white blood cells, so we can say that DNA is found wherever blood cells are found other than RBCs.

∙ 10y agoWhite blood cell nucleus or mitochondria. Red blood cells don't have a nucleus, so you won't find a decent DNA sample in them. Mitochondira have DNA on it's own that is different from genetic material of a cell they are inside of.

∙ 13y agoIn mammals the mature red blood cells have no nuclei and therefore have no DNA (intact DNA that is) in them. However, the red blood cells of other animals do contain nuclei and DNA.

White blood cells (leukocytes) have a nucleus. It is mature red blood cells (erythrocytes) that lack one.
Bear in mind that mitochondria contain DNA, too.
