To get a DotAgumon, type in 20000630. To get a DotFalcomon, type in 10407002
You should ask more detail. You can find Koromon in Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Frontier, Digimon Savers/Data Squad, Digimon Adventure V-Tamer 01, Digimon Next, Digimon Virtual Pets, Digimon World DS by either get it by choosing him as starter or degenerate DotAgumon, Digimon World Dawn/Dusk, Digimon World Championship, Digimon RPG, and Digimon Masters.
Normally, you can catch the In-Training form of your starter at the Data Forest. So, if you chose Agumon in the beginning of the game, you can get scan data from a Koromon there and evolve it into another one. If you didn't, there's another way. Enter the password 20000630 near Mr. Gure to get scan data from DotAgumon, then degenerate and evolve it into an Agumon.

Because it wasn't in the original plans. Digimon was supposed to end with Frontier, but years later they decided to try another season.
It is classified as a Bird Man Digimon type with a Vaccine attribute. If you are asking what it is supposed to be, it is not based on an animal, but on a mythological being called Garuda. In the Digimon franchise it looks like a mix between a giant human and a bird with tribal markings.
Batterymon is a joke Digimon supposed to represent the battery of a toy running out, it doesn't have a level because it is not supposed to be taken seriously. By the way, it is from the Xros Wars era, so even if it wasn't a joke it is unlikely he would ever receive an actual level.
